We say our new Expense Kapture app is fast, so lets prove it. In a 60 second test, we'll do a real life test. We'll add a claim, enter mileage, scan a receipt and submit. - lets go..!

Our testing scenario

VIDEO ACTIVITY:

• Open up the app - we quickly authenticate using Face ID.

• Tap on Expenses and add a new claim for our "Product Launch", on 29th May.

• Add the car journey from Derby to London - tick return.

• At lunchtime, don't forget that Sainsbury meal deal.

• Images are automatically added for journey and receipt.

• All good, lets send for approval.

Built for speed and efficiency

Linking with leading ERP solutions, the Konnekt365 solution lets users register within the apps, where it will then list any linked organisations the user belongs to.

Once logged in, users then select a group and add claims, request purchase orders, or lodge supplier invoices. When completed, a submitted entry routes through app approval - before finally being created within the ERP (along with receipts, attachments and history).
